Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused
• Be in its original packaging
• Be in the same condition as received

Due to safety and contamination concerns, opened chemical products cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the product and packaging to help resolve the issue quickly.

Depending on the situation, we will arrange for a replacement, refund, or return shipping.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used chemical products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
